How to order

 

Step 1. Register giftmosaics.com if you haven't done so.

Step 2. Add the items to your shopping cart and adjust the quantity as you wish.

Step 3. Click the Checkout button under your item list in the shopping cart, or the link under the navigation bar to start checkout.

Step 4. Choose shipping method and change the shipping address if necessary. If you want to say something to the Customer Support, please put it in the Comment area.

Step 5. Choose your preferred payment method. Currently we accept PayPal payment and credit card payment

Step 6. You will get an email with order details, usually in minutes. If you don't get the email in one hour, please login your account on our website to check whether you have the order number on file. If not, please contact us at  service@giftmosaics.com and tell us your PayPal email address, we'll check the details for you.

Step 7. We might contact you when we process your order, and we will send you a letter when the shipment is done.
