All items offered on GiftMosaics  are custom made. This means that when you place an order, we print only that item for you, one piece at a time for the best quality!
GiftMosaics is an American company. While we print and produce some of our products locally, we source from global suppliers to offer our shoppers a wider variety of merchandise. So your item will be shipped from abroad. We only work with suppliers who adhere to our strict quality control guidelines and standards. This is the reason for the following delivery times.

Estimate Time Of Arrival

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, except for holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:

Production time

The time when your order waits in production queue until being produced. Our production timeline may shift daily depending on overall order volume.

Shipping time

The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once shipped, you will be notified by email and can log in to our website for real-time tracking. Please note that some orders may be sent using multiple packages. In these cases, you will receive multiple emails and tracking numbers.
It will take some time for the logistics carrier to update the package information. Please be patient for 2 days after your package has shipped for the carrier to scan your package into their system. Tracking events will be populated on the Tracking page when a package is scanned into the system.
If it's past your estimated arrival date, please contact us and we can take care of it for you.
